A good scope for a reasonable price.
I bought this scope to use for a 1,000yd shoot I was attending. It worked great. I was able to see bullet holes in cardboard out to 300yds. I would suggest a very rigid tripod for anything further than that though. The image quality is clear enough that you can see the vapor trail of the round all the way out to 1000yds. I've added a customer image of what you see at the 30x setting looking at targets 750yds away.

    This is a great quality product. Exactly as described. Great clarity and sharpness. Included tripod is good, not great, although I already have a tripod I would use it on anyway. Soft and hard cases are good quality which is a major plus for me as I will be toting it around a lot. All in all a great scope for the money. Even came 5 days sooner than it said it would!

    I would have rated it a 5 star for the scope alone, but as a kit, the tripod and case were a disappointment. The case is laminated cardboard and was cracked upon receipt. The tripod was not very stable and couldn't screw the scope down tight enough to keep it from being wobbly. Returned the kit for a refund and bought only the scope.

    I would have given it a 5 star but the case it comes with is cheap, also the tripod it comes with is also cheap. Scopes performance is amazing, extremely clear from lowest magnification to highest. Very nice spotting scope but be aware this one is a monster, very big, it's nice if your using it on your truck window but would take up a lot of space in your pack if your hunting on foot.

    The scope is very clear at all magnifications and seems rugged and well built. I was able to pretty clearly see markings on my target at 200 yds. Buy the scope separately if you are set on this product. The tripod is terrible. The quick detach screw base is very wobbly. I had to relocate my target every time I used it. I'd be ashamed to even give the tripod away to someone else. The soft shell case is very nice but the hard case is cheap (the sidewalls deform and won't close securely). The lens caps also come off easily (almost every time I take it out of the soft case). Leupold should discontinue offering the kit.
