The Romeo Zero works off motion activation. It will turn on when it detects motion and shut itself off after a period of time when no movement is detected. There is a small button to adjust the brightness just behind the lens that will adjust the brightness level of the optic. There is no ON/OFF button.
Popped this on my Hellcat the same day I received it. The optic was dead on left and right just had to adjust it up a bit. Then it was off to the races. Brass was flying everywhere and the steel was singing. My only regret is not getting it sooner. ...

Great optic, no problem zeroing or holding zero. The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is that the metal protective shroud that it came with did not fit the Sig Hellcat Pro. This is a Sig sight.. how do you not make a 4 hole shroud for you...

Purchased for a P365X. It was very simple to install. I would recommend also getting the matching metal shroud which I also used. There may be some which are sold as a all in one set so read carefully.

With polymer housing the Romeo Zero Red Dot Sight is lighter and won't weigh down your rear. For an affordable addition to your firearm look to the SIG SAUER Romeo Zero Red Dot Sight 1x 6 MOA for high quality at a fraction of the cost.
The ROMEOZero was designed to match the Shield RMS-c footprint. Two sets of mounting screws are included with commercial versions of the ROMEOZero - M3 screws which are meant to mount the ROMEOZero to SIG P365 optics-ready slides, and M4 screws which are meant to mount the ROMEOZero to certain pistols that have slides cut for the Shield RMS-c footprint. SIG Sauer does not recommend mounting the ROMEOZero to Springfield Hellcat pistols, as the Hellcat design does not allow for a sufficient amount of thread engagement with the optic mounting screws. SIG Sauer assumes no liability if a user attempts to mount a ROMEOZero to a Springfield Hellcat pistol slide. Customers are encouraged to contact their firearm's manufacturer for guidance on compatible optics products and specific installation procedures for their firearm.
